AI Style Studio

My Honours Project consists of a comprehensive business plan to launch AI Style Studio, a start-up which provides affordable, subscription-based creative direction and styling services to emerging artists.

The project thoroughly expounds upon every aspect of a business proposal, including a market survey and competitor analysis to establish a blue ocean strategy to determine the viability of the venture. The work was especially formative as it allowed me to apply theoretical frameworks to realistic scenarios that could potentially disrupt the functions of any company. I utilised primary and secondary research throughout to gauge real-world demand for the service, feedback also influential in the logo and promotional material design for the business, which includes a marketing campaign complete with mock-ups and a detailed three-year financial forecast to evaluate the business in monetary terms. My entire educational journey as a Fashion Business student is demonstrated within the business plan.
