An East London Store Concept for Matches Fashion
For this collaborative project, myself and three other students were required to prepare an inventive marketing plan to promote the opening of a new sustainable store for the now-defunct major fashion retailer Matches. To achieve this objective, we delegated roles to each team member so as to complete the huge task before the deadline. To support my team, I took on the role of fashion buyer which included the duty of selecting a brand mix for the store to stock at the new point of sale.
To formulate the brand mix, I utilised WGSN to conduct trend research to ensure the selections would correspond with consumer demands and reflect the sustainable and avant-garde personality of the concept store.

To adhere to the allocated store budget, I selected a three-tiered brand mix which includes a balanced inventory of core, seasonal and avant-garde items to cater to the needs of a diverse clientele.
